Pork Loin Roasts

Our premium fillet roasts are cut from the pork loin and cut in half again to create a “fillet cut”, before it’s hand rubbed with Roasted Wild Garlic & Herb or Honey Dijon spices. The Rack of Pork is Maple Chipotle spiced and is very closely trimmed so you can cut between each rib with no fuss at all. A special treat for guests.

Roasted Wild Garlic & Fine Herb Fillet Ingredients – Pork, water, salt, sodium phosphate, dehydrated vegetables (garlic, onion, chives), corn syrup solids, vinegar, natural garlic flavor, maltodextrin, modified corn starch, spices, fine herbs, natural roasted garlic flavor, vegetable canola oil.

Honey Dijon Fillet Ingredients – pork, water, salt, sodium phosphate, honey powder (sugar, honey), dehydrated vegetables (red and green bell peppers, garlic, onion, chives), sugar, glucose solids, mustard seeds, modified corn starch, maltodextrin, spices, ground mustard, natural honey flavour, natural Dijon mustard flavour.

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Roast on a foil lined cookie sheet in pre-heated 375°F oven for about 35 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 155°F.
  2. Let rest covered in foil for 10 minutes, before carving.
